He also warned during his 12th televised address to the nation that, there should be no sporting activities in the schools that are reopening across the country.
SHS students are expected to be in school for six weeks and write their exams for a period of two weeks.
Akufo-Addo told Ghanaians in his address that, there is need for all sporting activities to be put on hold in line with the Coronavirus prevention measures.
He urged students and teachers across the various SHS to adhere to the social distancing protocols at all times.
