French-born defender Marvin Senaya could be in line for his first call-up to the Ghana squad ahead of the upcoming international window.
The 25-year-old right-back, who plays for AJ Auxerre in France, is reportedly being considered for selection as Ghana prepare for friendly matches against Germany and Austria.
The possible call-up comes as coach Otto Addo continues to assess options at right-back ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America.
Ghana are currently short of options in that position, with Tariq Lamptey expected to miss the tournament due to an ACL injury. Alidu Seidu is presently the main recognised option available for the role.
Senaya, who was born in France, is of Ghanaian and Togolese descent. He is the son of former Togo international footballer Yao Mawuko Sènaya.
The defender has established himself at Auxerre and could soon have the opportunity to represent Ghana at international level if he receives a call-up for the upcoming friendlies.
