Bechem United head coach Kobina Amissah has opened up about his team’s approach for their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter against Vision FC this weekend.
The Week 23 fixture of the 2025/26 league campaign is scheduled for Saturday, February 21.
Speaking in his pre-match interview, Kobina Amissah noted that Bechem United will go into the match determined to defend resolutely to avoid conceding an early goal.
He believes it is also important to score very early and defend with everything to secure all three points at the end of the contest.
“We are going to make sure we don’t concede early goals so that in the second half, it will be ding-dong affairs between the two clubs. Since they have not beaten us before, they are going to try to beat us.
“But we are also going to all out to ensure they don’t beat us, and our unbeaten record against them will stand. That is exactly what we are working on. We will score, protect the goal and make sure we come back with the three points,” Amissah told Bechem United TV.
The Week 23 fixture between Vision FC and Bechem United is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at Nii Adjei Kraku 11 Sports Complex.
