

The Constitutional Review Committee (CRC) will today, Monday, December 22, present its final report to President John Dramani Mahama at the Presidency in Accra.
The eight-member team, chaired by Professor H. Kwasi Prempeh, Executive Director of Ghana Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), was inaugurated by President Mahama to work towards the review of the 1992 constitution.
According to the Presidency, the presentation of the report would take place at 1400 hours on Monday at the Presidency in Accra.
Other members of the committee are Justice Sophia Adinyira, a former Supreme Court Judge; Professor Kwame Karikari; Mrs Charlotte Osei; Dr Godwin Djokoto; Ibrahim Tanko Amidu; Dr Esi Ansah; and Dr Rainer Akumperigeya.
The Committee, which was inaugurated on January 30 by the President, was initially scheduled to present its findings in August, but due to the huge volume of work, it asked for an extension of three more months.
