The 1999-year group of the Accra Girls Old Students Association (AGOSA) has announced a legacy project to renovate the school’s kitchen.
This initiative addresses concerns about the deteriorating condition of the current kitchen facilities, which pose a health risk to the school caterers.
In her address at the launch on Saturday, the National Executive President of the Association, Prof. Adelaide Kastner, emphasized the urgent need for renovation due to the increasing number of students.
Meanwhile, the headmistress of Accra Girls School, Mrs Gifty Andoh, called on the old girls’ association to consider providing the school with a steamer.
Mrs. Andoh expressed her heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the school management, thanking the association for their support and assistance with school activities.
