Serene Insurance opens Adenta branch

Serene Insurance has opened an operational branch in Adenta to bring insurance products and services to customers within the Accra-East area, and to deepen the company’s strategy of becoming a leading voice in the industry ecosystem by 2027.

As part of the First Sky Group, the ceremony, which was held on November 27, 2024, was attended by high profile dignitaries from the Group, and management of Serene Insurance.

The Adenta branch reinforces Serene’s presence in Greater Accra, as it marks the sixth branch in the region. The opening of the Adenta office brings to 11, the number of operational branch presence across the country.

Chief Executive of Serene Insurance, Mercy Naa Koshie Boampong, said the company, since its inception in 2018, has built a privileged reputation as a provider of reliable and cost-effective insurance products and services that address the needs of the insuring public.

She said Serene Insurance’s aggressive agency network expansion of over 200 active agents across the country, unrivalled customer service, strong financial base and a well-capitalized status has positioned the company as a new face of insurance.

This, Madam Boampong indicated has been deepened by Serene’s inclusive product penetration into the insurance market, prompt claims payment among other innovations, which has earned customers’ trust.

“With this records in such a short time in operation, I can only re-assure nothing less than the cutting-edge customer and product service delivery to our clientele here in Accra East enclave and surrounding catchment areas, as we look forward to a rewarding business relationship with existing and prospective customers,” she said.

After gradually establishing footprints across the country, with operational presence in Kumasi, Takoradi, Ho, Tamale, Kasoa, Tema among others, Madam Boampong indicated that Serene Insurance is finalizing process to open in Sunyani and the Ahafo region.

Executive Chair and Founder of the First Sky Group, Eric Seddy Kutortse, indicated that the opening of the Adenta branch is an important milestone and described it as exciting.

He said Adenta remains an important suburb of Accra which has seen several businesses expanding into the area, and Serene Insurance will fully harness and explore opportunities to serve customers with innovative insurance products.
