MTN Ghana has donated bags of rice, packs of mineral water, packs of soft drinks and a ram to the Muslim community in Sekondi to support the celebration of the annual Eid ul Fitr.
The presentation was made by Prince Owusu Nyarko, the Regional Senior Manager of MTN Ghana for the South West region.
In his statement, he emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting the growth and development of Ghana in various ways, and highlighted their belief that supporting communities is an essential part of their corporate responsibility.
“As a company, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of Ghana in various ways. We understand that supporting communities, is an essential part of our corporate responsibility and we take this seriously”.
“We are committed to supporting you in meaningful ways. Ramadan is a time of joy and celebration, and we are privileged to be part of this special occasion” he said.
The Western Regional Chief Imam, Ustaz Alhaji Zulkifli Abdul-Waahid, expressed his gratitude to MTN Ghana for their continued support over the years. He wished them more blessings, expansion and sustainability of their business
