Ms. Hollistar Duah-Yentumi (Esq.) has been appointed the new Ag. Director-General, State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), effective Monday, November 20th 2023.
Ms. Duah-Yentumi (Esq.) has been serving as General Manager in charge of Operations at SIGA since its inception in 2019, and brings a wealth of experience and proven track-record to her new role. Her distinguished legal career is marked by an instrumental role as Executive Secretary of the erstwhile Divestiture Implementation Committee (DIC), where she designed and developed strategies to uncover neglected state-owned assets.
As Ag. Director-General, Ms. Duah-Yentumi (Esq.) will play a pivotal role in steering SIGA’s strategic direction, overseeing governance frameworks and championing the authority’s mission to uphold state interests in Specified Entities with the highest standards of integrity.
Ms. Duah-Yentumi (Esq.) expressed her enthusiasm about the new role, stating: “As I take on the role of Ag. Director-General, I am committed to leading with excellence, transparency and collaborative governance, guiding our Authority to new heights of integrity and innovation”.
