A young lady believed to be in her mid-twenties has allegedly hanged her five year old son and later hanged herself. The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) says it has sanctioned four Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for engaging in illicit third-party trading and unlawful lifting of petroleum products.
