The letter allegedly chastised the administration of Mr Abass Fuseini Sbaabe, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Fanteakwa.
The financial support is to enable 26 male and 13 female students to continue their education in various second cycle and tertiary institutions across the country.
He said leadership was crucial to the development of the Continent saying that “Africa will continue to wallow in poverty if it doesn’t get good and committed leadershipâ€.
The court presided over by Mr Justice Francis Kwabena Opoku was giving a ruling in the matter of nine students of the university seeking for the enforcement of their fundamental human rights following the revocation of the certificate of accreditation to the university.
The accused persons Michael Animfu and Ernest Kwadwo Osei Bonu were charged with conspiracy to commit crime and stealing and would reappear on April 29. They pleaded not guilty.
Mr Emmanuel Odonkor, Aflao District Police Commander told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that the deceased was resident at Avoeme, a suburb of Aflao.

He insisted that the evidence on the face of the pink sheet speaks for itself and not the claim being made by the Counsel for President Mahama.
