He said the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) is yet to pay the Tema Polyclinic 300,000 Ghana cedis being funds it owes to the facility since September 2012.
Mrs. Gifty Akosua Baka, the Country Director of the CCFC who disclosed this on Wednesday during a press briefing, said the NGO since 2003, had been implementing various projects in education, health, sanitation, child sponsorships and micro credit facilities, with funding from its donors.
Rev Adjei, who is the President of the Christian Friends of Democracy, explained that the action being taken by the NPP caucus in parliament is dangerous to the democratic development of the country and as leaders of the society, where the politicians are failing, it is the moral obligation of religious leaders and traditional authorities to demonstrate leadership and bring the country on course.
