Gunmen have stormed Libya's parliament, forcing MPs to abandon a vote on a new prime minister, officials say. Correspondents say lawmakers left the building after hearing gunshots. The attempted vote followed the resignation of Abdullah al-Thinni, who stepped down as prime minister earlier this month after he and his family were targeted by militiamen. Fire has gutted a pipeline belonging to the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) at Tema in the Greater Accra region. The pipeline is said to be behind the Cocoa Processing Company at Community One. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has asked district assemblies in whose jurisdictions there is an influx of sea weed to regularly clean up the beaches.
