The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) has increased electricity and water tariffs by 12.09 per cent and 6.05 per cent respectively. A 45-year-old hunter, Kwesi Nimako, of Barman, near Bonwire, Thursday shot his younger brother, Joseph Akwesi, 40, and later killed himself.
