First Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region, Captain Kwame Jabari (rtd) has described a move by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to invite the MP aspirant of the NDC Juliana Wassan for allegedly spraying money during Saturday’s primaries at Ejura as “crazy.”
“What is the OSP’s locus in this matter; is the OSP crazy?” Jabari fumed in an interview with Aduanaba Kofi Asante on GhanAkoma on Akuma FM Monday, May 15.
He alleged, “The Office of the Special Prosecutor has been selective in the execution of its mandate.”
The OSP said it considered Juliana Wassan as a person necessary for investigation.
“You are directed to attend the Office of the Special Prosecutor at 6 Haile Selassie Avenue, South Ridge, Accra on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 10 am for interviewing.
