The biggest loser for week one of the 3FM Fat2Fit Weight Loss Challenge, Madam Dina Ewudzie who is in her fifties disclosed that she was informed that it is extremely difficult to lose weight after 50 years hence she made the most important decision to adhere strictly to the curated diet plan which has yielded encouraging results.
She told Johnnie Hughes on the 3FM Sunrise Morning Show that she is shocked to have lost 5.9 kilos in one week by just following the curated diet plan by the 3FM Fat2Fit coach.
“I didn’t cheat on the curated diet plan because my lifestyle is such that I am always busy so I don’t have time for food so anything that comes around I just grab and eat it. That was what I was doing but since I got the plan, I told myself to stick to it” she said.
Madam Ewudzie also underscored the role of water in her weight loss and revealed that joining the 3FM Fat2Fit has enlightened her on the right way to take in water.
“At first I didn’t know I had to sip water. I could take 500 mil of water and just drink it at once because I sweat a lot so I always drink water. When I open the bottle, I drink it immediately because I wanted something to cool me down” she opened up.
Dina Ewudzie who weighed 103 kg at the commencement of the 2023 edition of 3FM Fat2Fit says her target is to drop to 80kg by the end of the programme.
