Ghana Post has launched its festive season campaign, the “Delivering Joy to Your Door Promotion,” a customer-reward initiative aimed at celebrating loyalty, strengthening customer relations, and spreading joy during the Christmas period.
Speaking at the launch in Accra, the Managing Director of Ghana Post, Rita Sraha highlighted the organisation’s long-standing tradition of connecting people and bringing happiness through its services.

Drawing on nostalgic memories from Wesley Girls’ High School and St. Monica’s Senior High School, she recounted how the arrival of the postmaster’s bicycle once sparked excitement in school dormitories, often signalling the delivery of a cherished Christmas card.
“In those moments, the postmaster wasn’t just delivering letters — he was delivering happiness, excitement, and sometimes even a little romance,” she said, adding that Ghana Post continues to carry that same spirit, albeit now with fewer handwritten cards and more parcels and packages” she said.
According to the Managing Director, the new promotion is Ghana Post’s way of extending heartfelt appreciation to its cherished customers, whose confidence and support have enabled the company to transform challenges into opportunities.
“For decades, you have made Ghana Post the preferred choice for postal, courier, and agency services across the nation and beyond,” she noted. “This promotion is a festive token of gratitude — because at Ghana Post, we know the greatest gift we can deliver is a smile.”
She also acknowledged recent operational challenges, including the temporary suspension of US-bound shipments, which tested the company’s resilience. She commended customers for their trust and patience during that period. “You stood by us, believed in us, and we delivered,” she assured, adding that the restored service once again brought “joy, smiles, and reassurance” to customers.
The “Delivering Joy to Your Door” promotion aims to reward loyal patrons and strengthen connections during the festive season. Ghana Post says each delivery during the promotion symbolises more than just the movement of goods — it represents shared joy, connection, and care.

The Managing Director reaffirmed Ghana Post’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and excellence, promising that the company will continue to ensure that every delivery “brings delight to customers across the country.”
She expressed gratitude to stakeholders, partners, and clients, wishing all Ghanaians a joyful festive season.
“Just as the postmaster’s bike once brought happiness to the dormitories at Wesley Girls and St. Monica’s, Ghana Post will continue to deliver smiles to every doorstep, every office, and every heart across Ghana and internationally,” she said.
She concluded by wishing customers and the public a Merry Christmas and encouraging them to participate in the promotion.
