Some Ghanaians living in New York, USA hit the streets on Thursday to protest against the Akufo-Addo’s government over poor living conditions that have bedeviled the country since it took over power.
The demonstration occurred when the President attended the UN General Assembly.
The protesters accused the government of plotting to jail former appointees in the erstwhile Mahama administration.
They are captured in a video holding placards with inscriptions such as ‘Akufo-Addo, the worst President of our time’, ‘How can 110 ministers protect public purse’, ‘You can lie your way to power, but you can’t rule with lies’, ‘stop the unlawful sacking of State officials’.
