The Outgoing President John Dramani Mahama is expected to begin a 10-day ‘Thank you’ and farewell tour across the country from Tuesday December 20 to Friday December 30, 2016.
The tour which will begin in the Upper East Region is expected to end in the Greater Accra Region.
President Mahama will hold series of meetings with regional, constituency executives of his party the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as well as traditional and religious leaders.
President Mahama who will leave office on January 7, 2017 lost the December 7 polls to New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
