Largest automobile firm, CFAO Motors continue to maintain its lead in the automobile industry as it has been adjudged the best company in the automotive and transportation sector at the 5th AGI Ghana Industry Awards.
According to the Northern Zone Manager of CFAO, Benson Oduro, this achievement is borne out of the hard-work, dedication and satisfaction given to their numerous clients.
CFAO Motors is noted for its luxurious fleet of Sukuzi, Mitsubishi, Citroen and Bridgestone brands.
“We were awarded the best automobile company in Ghana and I will say that it’s through hardwork, perseverance and also our customers and the belief that they have in us that took us to that level.
The next decade is at our finger tip and we are ready for anything; a lot of the companies that started with CFAO are no more. That tells you the pragmatism, the right decisions and the good management style we have.
We are going to make sure we put in strategies that will easily allow people to own brand new vehicles and we’ve started it. We have discounted a lot of our vehicles, so if you have Ghs31,000 come to my showroom and you’ll get a brand new car,’ he said.
Benson Oduro also mentioned that car maintenance should remain a key priority for drivers as it could help prolong the life span of vehicles and prevent any road accidents.
“Car maintenance is a very important aspect of the auto industry. We at CFAO Motors, one of our beliefs, is that we sell our vehicles from the workshop. That means that we make sure we have the right parts, the right ambience, the right people. We train our engineers very well to make sure that your vehicle is always on the road.
People spend so much to purchase vehicles and don’t want to do the after-sales service but I think that is the most important aspect of it. Although it doesn’t cost that much but that is what makes you enjoy the vehicle. If you take good care of your vehicle, your vehicle will take good care of you, if you don’t that is how your vehicle will treat you anyway,” he stated.
The CFAO Northern Zone Boss further hinted of a future partnership with Uber Taxi Service aimed at providing jobs for people.
