The mortal remains of Kumasi-based Broadcast Journalist with Kessben Television and Fm Confidence Eric Kwadwo Baah 32 will be laid to rest on November 19, 2016.
His burial date was accordingly communicated to mourners who commemorated a week of his passing at the Kumasi Jubilee park on Sunday where hundreds of friends in the inky fraternity showed up to commiserate with the bereaved family. It was a solemn mood at the venue when patrons filed past a portrait of the award winning Journalist placed at the centre and decorated in dominant black and red colours.
Many were still grief-stricken especially close associates of the deceased considering how he co-hosted “Breaking News” and made it one of the station’s flagship programmes.
Confidence Baah died a week ago at the Effiduase Government Hospital after he was spotted motionless by his aunt who rushed him to the facility.
Details of a postmortem report conducted on the deceased by a pathologist with the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) are yet to be made public to establish the actual cause of death.
