Ghanaian player Jerry Akaminko has praised his club fans for their support as they went away from home to play Balikesirspor in Turkey.
Akaminko started and played in the full duration of the game that saw his team win by three goals to two.
Abdulkadir Ozgen opened the scoring for home team Balikesirspor before Chico Ofoedu levelled for Eskisehirspor on the 30th minute mark. Chico added his second on the day to send Akaminko’s team into a 2-1 lead going into the interval.
Erkan Zengin made doubled the lead for the away side before Sedat Sahinturk pulled a consolation for the home team ending the game in a 3-2 win for Jerry Akaminko’s Eskisehirspor.

The Ghanaian took to his Instagram page after the game to thank you to the fans and urge his team on.
“Important win away from home. #EsEs fans present were amazing. Let’s carry on this way #JAKA,” Akaminko captioned a photo of him and his teammates celebrating a goal.
