The suspended Cristiano Ronaldo vented his frustrations with a stunning strike as Real Madrid defeated Fiorentina 2-1 in the Trofeo Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday.
Cristiano Ronaldo may be serving a suspension for domestic matches but that didn't stop the Ballon d'Or holder from making a big impact for Real Madrid on Wednesday night.
Ronaldo scored the winner with a stunning strike in Madrid's match against Fiorentina - which was being played to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the sides' clash in the 1957 European Cup final.
The 32-year-old had earlier teed up young striker Borja Mayoral to score Madrid's equaliser after Jordan Veretout stunned the Santiago Bernabeu by firing Fiorentina into an early lead.
Ronaldo is currently one game in to a five-match domestic suspension which he received for pushing the referee during Madrid's Spanish Super Cup first leg win over Barcelona.
He started his first match of the season for Madrid in the Santiago Bernabeu Trophy match - a competition which doesn't fall under his suspension - and gained a valuable run-out in the process.
