The Ghana midfielder says he has not received any offer from an English club.
Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has rubbished reports linking him with a move to Premier League new-boys Huddersfield Town.
The 26-year-old is reportedly the subject of a bid from the newly promoted side, who see the Ghanaian as key to their plans for next season.

Huddersfield boss David Wagner is reported to have made the midfielder his prime target, and is preparing to lodge a £4.5 million bid.
Agyemang-Badu has been a mainstay in the midfield set-up of Udinese since joining the club in 2011, and featured 29 times for the club last season.
However, he has been linked with a move to the English topflight in recent times, with Hudderfield Town being touted as favourites for his signature.
But the midfielder has now confirmed that he will not be joining the English side, bringing to bed the swing of speculation that has surrounded his future.

In an interview with Starr Sports, he said: “I’m not joining Huddersfield. I don’t have any offer from Huddersfield. I am just here (in Austria) with Udinese for pre-season.”
