A local bag and accessories firm, Oye GH, has donated two custom-made bags to the National Science and Maths Quiz mistress whose bag was stolen last Thursday.
The management of the firm said the gift is to ease the pain of the quiz mistress.
Meanwhile, the quiz mistress, Dr Elsie Effah Kaufmann has pleaded with the unknown person who stole her bag to return the items in the bag.
Dr Effah Kaufmann said the suspected thief can take the money in the bag but she wants the items in the bag returned because they are very important to her.
Speaking on Accra-based Citi FM, she said: “I have not gotten the bag yet but interestingly somebody dropped off the wallet that was inside the bag at Legon at the School of Engineering Sciences.”

According to her, the returned wallet contained her ID cards and ATM cards.
Other items in the stolen black leather bag include her notes, calculator, questions and backup questions for the contest, power bank among other things.
“I need it back, the money was in the wallet and the wallet that came back had no money. I don’t mind, you bring back the bag.”

She explained that she particularly needs her not to write her report and review of the just ended competition.
Describing the bag she said it is a black leather bag with red zipper.
The bag was stolen at the National Theatre after the final of the 2017 edition of the quiz on Thursday, June 29.
