Osun HDP set for registration of new members across the state

The Osun state chapter of the Hope Democratic Party (HDP) has concluded positive plans to mobilize and register new members into its fold.

This was contained in a press release made available to newsmen by the state Chairman, Mr. Wole Adedoyin in Ilesa yesterday after an emergency meeting of the party.

Mr. Adedoyin hinted that Hope Democratic Party is currently one of the new political parties in Osun State. Though the party was registered on the 10^th of November 2006, later deregistered by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in 2011 but was reinstated by a federal high court in 2015.

Part of the statement read “HDP was brought to Osun State almost a year after the last general elections. It has never participated in any organized election before in the state. But we shall participate in the next gubernatorial election come 2018. Our party stands for transparency, equality, accountability, integrity, justice, peace, trust and truth.

The party however urged interested Osun state citizens to register anytime the party commences its membership registration across the state.
