At the banks of a storm drain which stretches from Alajo to Avenor in Accra, rubbish has been damped delicately close waiting for rains to play the part and wash the refuse away.
Its barely two months for the rainy season to start which often means it is barely two months for Cholera to break out again in a country where there is an abundance of filth, faith and fine talk.
