It is not uncommon to find disaffection within a human institution. However, what is striking is when this disaffection leads to factionalism because the leadership has been adamant. At this point, damage control if not conflict resolution is mostly the preoccupation of the group to the detriment of the groupÂ’s aims and objectives. But Frank A.
