Justice Department opens criminal inquiry into GM recall

The national safety agency's database contains at least four complaints from Mary Ruddy of Scranton Pa., whose 21-year-old daughter Kelly died in 2010, while driving a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt. Ruddy's complaints did not specify stalling on the road. Read Full Story
