A former Communication Director of Kotoko, Dr Kwame Baah Nuako has described members on the various ad hoc committees constituted by the Normalisation Committee (NC) as very skilled and proficient people capable to deliver on their mandate.
The Committee unveiled six ad hoc committees on Tuesday comprising Marketing and Sponsorship, Communication and Promotions, Domestic League, National Teams, Referee and Technical Committees.
The various committees have a month to produce a document that will aid the NC in restructuring the statutes of Ghana football, a task Dr Baah Nuako was confident the right personnel have been appointed for.
Speaking at the inauguration, Dr Baah Nuako who will head the Marketing and Sponsorship Committee described the appointment as a ‘call to duty’ and a service to the national cause.
The former International Relations Director of Asante Kotoko asserted that football was a game loved by all across the country and that explains why everyone was working hard to see it back.
He indicated that members on the various committees have a lot to share to lift the game out of its current predicament.
“Now we know the challenges we face and must therefore apportion the fitting solutions to tackle them,” he averred.
He assured the Committees members were ready to commit their resources and time to ensure a successful outcome was attained.
Dr Baah Nuako expressed concern about the short period of time to complete the work but was confident given the expertise of the personnel serving on them, they were bound to deliver.
He stressed that they were not going to disappoint stakeholders in the game and the football community.
