The Accra Ridge Church (ARC) Men’s Fellowship has donated items worth GH?3,000 to the Dzorwulu Special School in Accra.
It included a gallon of Frytol oil, one box of powdered milk, 24 tins of milk, two bags of beans, one bag of maize, a bag of gari, and two bags of rice.
Presenting the items at the school, Captain Samuel Thompson, president of the group, said the donation was to assist the school meet its immediate needs and enable the smooth running of educational programmes.
Additionally, as part of its social responsibility, he said the ARC Men’s Fellowship had also adopted the school to offer sponsorship to address critical needy areas and sustain its operation.
Mr Fred Tetteh, headmaster of the school, receiving the donation, thanked the group for the support and appealed to institutions and other organisations to undertake same gesture.
