Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing Of NDC’s Joinder Application
The Supreme Court has adjourned hearing of the NDC?s application to be joined as a respondent to the NPP?s petition against the Electoral Commission and the President.
The NPP is challenging the results declared by the Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr. Kwadwo Afari Djan, which saw President John Mahama emerge victorious in the 2012 polls.
The NPP claims the polls were rigged for the president and subsequently petitioned the Supreme Court to invalidate the declaration.
