Abakomahene's Body In Morgue For Past 10 Years Following Dispute
A chieftaincy dispute at Akyem Maase in the East Akim Municipality of the Eastern Region has led the mortal remains of Opanin Kwasi Marfo,Abakomahene of the town remained in the Akyem Tafo government hospital morgue for the past ten years.
Narrating the facts of the case to the Times, the Ekuonahene of Maase, Nana Twum Antwi II, the late Opanin Kwasi Marfo ruled the town from the 1960s and for about 40 years remained the Abakomahene from the Atatentia Royal family.
