Nevertheless, James Nana Wamba could not make it on October 17, 2020.
Inspector Ebenezer Teye-Okuffo today informed the court that an autopsy was being conducted on the mortal remains of the 26-year old by Chief Superintendent Owusu Afriyie.
According to Inspector Teye-Okuffo, Opambour Badu Nkansah is in the trial as an accomplice to the late Wamba in the alleged murder of the law professor.
On the same matter, the Prosecutor brought a new suspect, Ebenezer Kweyisie, who has been identified as an accomplice of the late Wamba and Opambour.
