This is a digital platform which runs on Microsoft and enables insurance companies to streamline and accurately track the sales activities of its agents in real-time.
With SmartCover, policy insurance and payments have become fully digitized functionality and agents can onboard new customers, generate quotes, receive payments and issue certificates with all parties receiving email and SMS notifications following each transaction.
Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Computing, Jake Oyortey said insurance companies will increase revenue if they use the app.
He explained that insurance companies can eliminate the problems of revenue loses attributed to the difficulty in sticker reconciliation through the tracking of motor sticker insurance in real-time.
“The app blocks revenue leakages that occur as a result of people duplicating motor insurance stickers” he added.
The Enterprise Computing CEO added that customers are able to initiate claims or purchase from the comfort of their homes other policies such as home, fire, travel, and marine.
