In the absence of local football in the country, the Porcupine Warriors are the only side have distinguished their quality as exhibited in their local games in recent times.
It is therefore understandable the bulk of the invited players are coming from the Kumasi-based club with Coach Konadu likely to trim the team down to 23.
The call-up has become necessary as the team is expected to play in a friendly game against Namibia on November 24 at the Sam Nujoma Stadium, Windhoek in honour of the country’s President, Hage Gottfried Geingob.
The invited players have been asked to report to camp at Prampram on Monday November 19 at 12:00 pm to begin camping. Players invited are as followers.
