Jihad's father owns a host of Ghanaian clubs including Accra Great Olympics, Zaytuna and SP Mirren through Optimum Media Prime but the youngster has decided to hone his talents abroad.
The young attacker completed the deal to join Europa's U-23 team after a trial with the club. Terms of the transfer have not yet been disclosed.
Jihad formerly of SP Mirren becomes the third Ghanaian to join Europa after defender Rahim Ayew and midfielder Mustafa Yahaya.
Jihad will be hoping to emulate Ayew who won the Gibraltar Super Cup in August after a 4-2 penalty shoot-out win over Lincoln Red Imps.
