Ahead of the highly anticipated WAFU Zone B U-17 Championship final, Ghana's Black Starlets coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has revealed his team is armed with a renewed and refined strategy to face hosts Ivory Coast.
This final is a classic revenge mission, set up after the Ivorians delivered a decisive 3-0 defeat to Ghana in the group stage of the tournament.
However, Coach Ogum is approaching the rematch with confidence, framing the previous loss as a crucial learning experience that has provided his technical team with the blueprint for victory.
"We have had the chance to analyse them closely," Ogum stated, referring to the group stage encounter. "That match gave us the intelligence we need. We know what to do this time around."
