Osman Bukari scored the opener as Austin FC defeated Minnesota United 2-1 on the road on Wednesday to reach the US Open Cup final.
The Ghana international struck on the stroke of half-time to send his side into the break with the lead.
Bukari used his speed to go past his marker on the right side before entering the box and delivering a low grounder which beat the Minnesota goalkeeper.
The hosts levelled after 67 minutes courtesy a Pereyra free-kick but in last minute of extra-time, Austin FC snatched the match winner.
