Former Hearts and Kotoko coach Ernst Middendorp became the first coach in the South African Premier League to win the Absa Premiership Coach of the Month award on three consecutive times.
Middendorp won the Coach of the Month award for the Month of October, November and December.
He guided Kazier Chiefs to their first win against arch-rivals Orlando Pirates for the first time in five years in the Soweto derby.
Kazier Chiefs have also won all their games in November and currently leads the league table with 34 points.
Middendorp may be in line for a fourth award if the team ends with a win before the year ends
SuperSport United mentor Kaitano Tembo and Bloemfontein Celtic's Lehlohonolo Seema also received favourable mentions for their team efforts during the last month.
Sipho Mbule was named as the Player of the Month award.
