Ghanaian midfield prodigy Ahmed Awuah, scored for Parma in a 3-1 victory over Entalle in Italy's Primavera division.
With the score at 2-1 in favour of Parma, the home side struggled to deal with the pressure and threat pose by their opponent in the second. Ahmed pushed forward and shot from a distance to put the game beyond the reach of Virtus Entalle.
The midfielder was recently deployed in the holding midfielder role after a careful analysis of his incredible work rate by his coach, Marco Veronese. Ahmed however expressed a strong desire to help decide games for Parma with goals and assists.
This is his third goal of the season after 11 matches. He also has two assists to his credit. For the second week in a row Ahmed Awuah had the highest rating among his teammates with 7.
The website Mondoprimavera summed up his performance as "Ahmed provided so much substance in the middle of the field. He recovers many balls and manages to play them well and closes the game with a shot outside the area"
Parma are currently 5 the Primavera division in Italy after 12 matches. The league is currently on break and will resume on the 18th of January against Udinese.
