Barcelona are reported to be set to the signing of Ghanaian striker Kevin-Prince Boateng but it appears the former AC Milan star is a 'big fan of Real Madrid'.
The Sassuolo ace can be a new Barça player in the next few hours. According to the journalist Di Marzio, he will be on loan to the Barça club until the end of the season.
In the case that Barcelona would like to sign him, he would have a purchase option of eight million euros.
However, he granted an interview in 2017 in which the journalist asked him which team he preferred between Real Madrid and Barca. Boateng answered bluntly: "Madrid." Also, he said that as a child he always liked the white shirt.
Boateng spent the 2016/17 campaign in La Liga, netting 10 goals in 25 starts for Las Palmas.
