Ghana defender Nicholas Opoku has expressed delight in Udinese's 2-0 win over Cagliari in the serie A on Saturday as he finished off the year in style with another impressive display.
Opoku, who impressed manager Davide Nicola in the Zebras 0-0 draw at SPAL was given the nod to start again and he produced another strong performance as Udinese ended a run of five games without victory over Cagliari.
Ignacio Pusseto opened the scoring for Udinese in the 39th minute before Valon Behrami sealed victory with a 58th minute strike.

The former Club Africain defender partnered Nigerian defender William Troost-Ekong in the heart of defence as the pair ensured they kept a clean sheet.
The win moves Udinese to 13th on the table and five points clear of relegation.
