Ghanaian striker Brandon Thomas-Asante has joined Sutton United on a two-month loan deal from MK Dons.
The 19-year-old has been acquired to strengthen the attacking option of the fifth-tier English side,
Manager Paul Doswell said : “Paul Tisdale is a very good friend of mine back from his Southampton days, and he has highly recommended Brandon to me.
“We’ve had to wait for two weeks as MK Dons had a couple of minor injuries in the forward areas and Brandon has been in the first team squad for their last 8 games so we’ve had to be patient. Brandon has made 20 appearances already for the first team in his short career and we hope that he can really push on with us.
“He’s another quick second striker and trained with the team yesterday and made a great impression. We needed some freshness in the final third and both players will be available for tomorrow which is a lift for all of us.”
