The Harambee stars of Kenya's preparations ahead of the game against Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday hits a snag as several top players fail to report.
Influential captain and Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama will be missed through injury with top striker Ayub Timbe also suspended.
According to Kenyan journalist Mike Okinyi, the teams preparation has not been according to plan as only 21 players out of 38 invited showed up in camp.
The journalist also alluded to the fact that the Black Stars would not find it difficult beating the East Africans following the haphazard training regiment.
"One thing that will work for Ghana is not many people will go for that match so Ghana will be almost playing at home," said the Citizen TV journalist who was speaking to Joy FM.
"Nobody has faith in the Kenya Football Federation. And even the coach himself, the way he spoke in the last press conference, he said we shouldn't expect too much. He said it's his first competitive match in the qualifiers so he is not promising heaven, meaning he has no confidence."
Ghana sits top of Group F after making a great start by thumping Ethiopia 5-0 in Kumasi. They're followed by Siera Leone who play as guest to Ethiopia.
