Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan is one that has always divided opinions despite being one of the nation’s best football products.
With 51 goals in 104 appearances for the Black Stars Gyan stands alone when it comes to players who have scored more for Ghana.
His move to the UAE in 2010 surprised many but few can argue against the numbers he has produced for both club and country in that period.
His latest move is to Turkish side Kayserispor where has taken a significant hit in his salary to make the deal happen.
But Ghanaians have taken to social media to show their support for a man they believe can still cut it at 31.

Time is the best judge. He has a two-year contract. Godwilling, we will all be here between now and then. He needs the FA's support.
