Officials of the Premier League Board and the Club Licensing Board have inspected the damage at the Ndoum Sports Complex, home of Elmina Sharks.
Ashford Tettey-Oku, chairman of the PLB, and members of the licensing board led by chairman Emmanuel Dasoberi and Kofi Manu were in Elmina on Wednesday.
Last Sunday, the roof of the VIP section of the recently constructed stadium was ripped off by a heavy storm after their 2-1 defeat to WAFA SC.
The club owner Dr Papa Kwesi Ndoum has promised to quickly get the engineers to fix the problem.
It is unknown if it will be refurbished before their next home league match.
