Former Asante Kotoko coach Zdravko Lugarusic has advised the club’s supporters to adhere to the decisions of their next substantive coach.
The 55-year-old tactician was relieved off his duty last Sunday after being criticized by a section of the club’s teeming supporters of playing negative football.
During his tenure, the Croatian coach led the club to third place position after amassing 18 points from 11 games.
“I came to Kotoko in peace and also Kotoko need peace right now and the supporters should calm down and give in peace because coaches are coming and going.”
“Management have to make decisions and sometimes can be right or wrong but their job is to make decisions and they have to do what is right for the club and the rest of us must respect the decisions they make because somebody also put them there.”
”So the fans should exercise some level of patience and respect the sort of decisions management and Coaches make at the club,” he told reporters.
