Accra, Jan. 02, GNA - Mr Hilton John Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, Jonmoore International Limited, says the company plans to adopt a new state -of-the-art technology on its vehicles, maintenance systems and human capacity development.
He said this would enable the company to be more efficient in its service delivery and continue to exceed the expectation of clients.
Mr Mitchell was speaking at the company’s 20th Anniversary Dinner and Awards Night in Accra.
The event served as a platform to appreciate loyal clients and suppliers, who have contributed significantly to the growth of the company over the years.
“We will leverage on the opportunities of technology to drive our businesses and deliver effective service to our clients and stakeholders,” he added.
He commended the management and staff for their dedication and commitment to the realization of the company’s vision.
Mr Mitchell said the company is fortunate to have staff whose many years of dedication, commitment and loyalty have earned them the recognition of living their mission.
“A business can have the best vision in the world but without a very committed and dedicated staff that vision will only be an illusion,” he said.
He said every business requires the best staff to realize its vision and at Jonmoore International, “we are blessed to have well trained, experienced and professional staff who have contributed and continue to contribute towards the realization of our company's vision.”
We also recognise that investing in employee development is critical to success, to this end, “we have provided the necessary training both here in Ghana and abroad to build human capacity for even better service delivery as well as to ensure superlative outcomes with future projects.”
The CEO assured clients that the company would continue to uphold its high standards as it exceeds expectations.
Nana Kobina Nketsia V, Omanhene of Esikado, acknowledged the company’s role in developing the transport and logistics industry through the provision of innovative logistics solutions to the challenges of clients all over West Africa.
“The company has always been a highly valued and strategic partner of the transport and project logistic industry in Ghana and the sub region”, he said.
He commended management and staff on their success and entreated them to not falter on their high standards.
The awardees are Emmanuel Quampah, Michael Atiso Owusu, Albert Acheampong, Isobel Lydia Arthur, Issaka Nuhu, Genevieve Abakah-Gyan, Maxwell Aloguvala, Christian Owusu, Mohammed Danzima, Kabiru Mumuni, Raphael Soli and Nana Oparebea Tsetse.
The rest are Iddrisu Ibrahim, Andrews Kuuper, Emmanuel Owusu, Sumaila Inusah, Stephen Agbeko, Ekow Botchway, Prince Nkani, Issah Osmanu and Issah Adamah.
Each awardee received plaques, citations and rewards of either a plot of land or treasury bills for their commitment and efforts to ensure the success of Jonmoore International.
