He assured that his outfit would not relent on its efforts in liaising with other NGOs in providing social amenities for communities and donating to schools in deprived villages.
Mr Modoc urged the parents to take their wards education serious and to desist from using them for their farm work during school hours.
Madam Juliet Lampor, the Director of United Purpose, said to support quality education in deprived communities in the District, they have formed clubs known as 'Youth for Change' in schools with the aim of improving the literacy and numeracy skills of students.
She therefore entreated the students to take advantage of the clubs formed in their various schools to enable them upgrade their knowledge.
Mr Alexander Gidisu, the Head Teacher of Chambah Akura D/A Primary School, expressed his profound gratitude to the organizations for their kind gesture.
"I believe the school bags given to them will help them a lot because most of them don't have it and we the teachers find this situation very worrying, since they can't keep their notes for long periods especially during raining season, the books easily becomes damaged," he added.
Mr Gidisu therefore, gave an assurance that, the teachers would also do their best to raise the children up to become better leaders in future.
