Delegates at the 9th National conference of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have elected Joseph Akamba as its new National Organizer.
He is taking over from Kofi Adams who did not put himself up for election this time round.
Prior to the congress, Joshua Akamba was at the center of accusations that he incited some students of the Tempane Senior High School against the NPP’s Free Senior High School.
Provisional results available to citinewsroom.com indicate that Mr. Akamba topped with 3,087 votes, after a fierce completion with six other candidates
